Germany, ca. 1985. A nicely framed exhibit poster from the Galerie Nierendorf in Berlin. Features an image of Mothers, Share Your Abundance! - a 1926 lithograph by Käthe Kollwitz (1867-1945). A painter, printer and sculptor, Kollwitz was the first woman elected to the Prussian Academy of Fine Arts. She was a committed socialist and pacifist whose work often explored the effects of poverty and war on women and the working class. In overall very good vintage condition.
