USA, ca. 1980s. A set of four solid and ergonomic No. 1294 dining chairs manufactured by Thonet. Originally designed in 1945 by Bruno Weil, each features bent oak plywood construction with curved seat and back supported by flared, tapered legs. Sturdy and in overall very good vintage condition, there are some signs of wear, which we feel only adds to their appeal. Dimensions: 18.75” wide x 18.5” deep x 31” high; 17.75” seat height.
