USA, ca. 1950s. A versatile pair of nightstands by T. H. Robsjohn-Gibbings for Widdicomb. Each features walnut construction with interior shelf and generous storage drawer. Slightly Art Deco in design, the form is enhanced by crisp beveled edges and silver-tipped pulls. Recently refinished and in excellent vintage condition. Please note: The previous owner drilled a very small hole to the back of one nightstand for the cord of his Tivoli radio. Impossible to see once books or magazines are in place.
