USA, ca. 1960s. An ethereal ink and watercolor still life on textured paper by Ruth Cobb (1914-2008). Born in Boston, and a longtime resident of Newton, Cobb earned her BFA from the Massachusetts College of Art. She was active in the American Watercolor Society, the New England Watercolor Society, and the National Academy of Design. Signed, professionally framed and in very nice vintage condition.
