Germany, ca. 2000. A “Bauhaus Lamp” originally designed by Wilhelm Wagenfeld and Carl Jakob Jucker in 1924. Features a perfectly proportioned form with opal glass diffuser, clear glass column and base, and nickel-plated accents. Simplicity and economy are combined to create a most elegant accent piece. This example is of recent manufacture and in overall excellent condition. Stamped to underside with Tecnolumen/Bauhaus mark - as the official licensed manufacturer of this lamp.
