USA, ca. 2012. A contemporary version of the RAR chair, which stands for rocking armchair, rod base, designed by Charles & Ray Eames in 1948. Originally a prototype for MoMA’s International Competition for Low-Cost Furniture Design, the chairs has been in continuous production since 1950. Features white injection-molded plastic shell with chrome metal and maple base. Condition is excellent. Dimensions: 24” wide x 25” deep x 26” high; 15” seat height.
