Japan, ca. 2000. An intriguing and quite beautiful set of cups by porcelain designer Masahiro Mori. Originally designed in 1969, the Fancy Cup line was intended to be enjoyed by the blind, which is why Mori fashioned six different surfaces - each as attractive and unique as the next. Constructed of white porcelain, these cups are both playful and pleasing. Condition is mint. Dimensions: 2.75” diameter x 4.5” high (each).
