Turkmenistan, ca. 1950s. A lovely hand-woven wool Turkmen bag face or scatter rug. Features traditional tribal motif executed in red and navy with subtle orange, purple, and green details. Would also look attractive over the back of a sofa for a punch of color and pattern. Recently cleaned and in overall excellent vintage condition with dense pile. Dimensions: 57” long x 34” wide.
