England, ca. 1970s. A pair of modernist bowls by Stuart Devlin (1931-2018) for Viners. Each features stainless steel construction with textured gilt metal base. Born in Australia, Devlin was a prolific artist and metalworker who specialized in gold and silver. He designed coins and medals for 36 countries, and in 1982 was granted the Royal Warrant of Appointment as Goldsmith and Jeweler to Her Majesty the Queen. Ideal for snacks, nuts, or even dessert for two. In overall excellent vintage condition. Dimensions: 5.25” diameter x 2” high.
