USA, ca. 1940s or 1950s. A handsome and nicely designed three-seat sofa with fixed back cushions. Very much in the style of Florence Knoll’s early sofas, this piece was acquired in New York City and spent most if its life in a chic Washington Square apartment surrounded by the likes of Knoll, Risom, and Wegner. Features a masculine form supported by square wood legs. Well-built and ready for refurbishing, which RESIDE can facilitate. Dimensions: 90” long x 33” deep x 29” high; 16” seat height.
