Afghanistan, ca. 18th century. A sturdy antique Bamiyan style pottery bowl from the 18th century or even earlier. Features conical form with flared rim on short foot with painterly floral motif. Tin glaze has rich tones of cobalt blue and green. A few minor, and quite old, chips here and there, which only adds to the piece’s charm. Really lovely. Dimensions: 12.75” diameter x 4” high.
