USA, ca. 1980s. A fun pair of painted plaster hat hooks by Tim Daulton, as part of collection of fixtures produced for the interior of Bodyware, an off-center Boston clothing store. In the early to mid 1970s, Daulton completed an Apprenticeship in Woodworking/Building Traces at Arcosanti - where he designed and built elements of Arcosanti interiors. His studio practice included a range of exhibitions and commissions such as: Fantasy Wood at Sakowitz, Naked People & Other Fragments, Artworks Gallery, Figuritevly Speaking, Water St. Gallery, etc. Perfect for keeping your favorite hat - or Fifi’s leash - at the ready. Both in overall excellent vintage condition.
