Denmark, ca. 1930s or 1940s. An attractive Art Deco Model 48 bracelet designed by Oscar Gundlach-Pedersen for Georg Jensen. Features stylish Art Deco design with articulating links. Hallmarks firmly date production between 1933 and 1944. Possesses a pleasing, chunky look - yet with a scale perfectly suited to a more petite wrist. Condition is excellent.
Oscar Gundlach-Pedersen (1886-1960) was a Danish architect and designer. From 1927-1931, he served as the director of Georg Jensen. He is famous for designing the Parallel and Nordic flatware patters, which are highly sought after today.
