England, ca. 1960s. A handsome rocking chair by Furpro very much in the style of Danish designer Ib Kofod-Larsen. Features solid teak frame with flared paddle arms and an overall clean sculptural look. Freshly upholstered in a high quality - and durable - forrest green wool from Maharam. Reversible seat cushion is supported by original Pirelli rubber sling, which makes for a most comfortable seating experience. Great for a nursery, den, or favorite reading nook. Professionally refurbished, the condition is excellent.
