Possibly the work of Delaware artist Howard Schroeder (1910-1985), who lived and worked in the small town of Lewes, which provided material for many of his landscapes. Features pleasing and moody palette of mostly greens and blues juxtaposed against crisp white houses. In overall excellent vintage condition with original period frame.
