Italy, ca. 1940s or 1950s. A trio of lipstick cases from the Peruzzi Brothers of Florence. Each features 800 silver construction with thoughtful hand engraved floral motifs. Fitted with foldable mirrors and glass cabochon stones, these would also make fun pill cases. Established in 1860, the Peruzzi family opened a Boston workshop in 1910. This American extension of the family business operated on Boylston Street until 1973. All in excellent vintage condition.
