Spain, ca. 1990s. A pair of mixed media pieces by artist and sculptor Biel March Simó (b. 1967). Each features unfinished wood construction incorporating paintings of palm trees and chicken wire. Both titled and signed in pencil to reverse. While we have only been able to find scant information on the artist, these pieces came from the estate of Boston gallerist Portia Harcus. Condition is excellent.
