Sweden, ca. 1960s. A charming ceramic hanging tile by Lisa Larson for Gustavsberg. Part of Larson’s collectible Unik series, which includes nine different designs entirely executed by hand. Features wonderfully rotund cat who just might be plotting a little mischief. Born in 1931, Larson worked for the Gustavsberg factory from 1954 to 1980 and is represented at the Swedish National Museum of Art and Design.
