Denmark, ca. 1960s. A classically Scandinavian modern executive desk designed by Arne Vodder for Sibast. Constructed of teak with a caned front and signature lacquered storage drawers, this desk features generous open and closed storage. Finely made with subtle details such as floating top, recessed pulls, and dovetail construction. Also includes clever storage cabinet to front portion. Recently refurnished and in excellent vintage condition. A rare and beautiful example from Vodder’s collectible 200 Series. Dimensions: 70.5” wide x 32” deep x 28” high (desk), 76” wide x 16.5” deep x 25” high (return). Item: 3419-1.
