Finland, ca. 1970s. A rare and immaculately kept set of eight modular storage boxes from Palaset. Designed by Ristomatti Ratia, the son of Marimekko’s founder, Armi Ratia. Fabricated from a hard, durable polystyrene, this versatile system is ideal for offices, playrooms, and mudrooms, yet easily stylish enough for the living room. Punchy red, yellow, and white color scheme is original and in excellent vintage condition. Dimensions: 13.5” wide x 13.5” deep x 13.5” high (each cube). Item: 1000-8558.
