Denmark, ca. 1950s. A collectable pair of Model 148 nightstands or side tables by Børge Mogensen for Søborg. As with all of Mogensen’s work, these are thoughtfully designed with subtle details such as rounded, integrated legs, a stylish raised lip to keep things from going bump in the night, dovetailed storage drawers perfect for holding the essentials, and a small shelf to keep reading materials, etc. Recently refinished and in excellent vintage condition. Dimensions: 18.5” wide x 12.5” deep x 21.5” high.
