Iran, ca. 1940s. A solid brass warming stool by Nader of Tehran. Features round top heavily embossed with traditional Persian motifs supported by three heavy brass legs. Pierced design around body intended to release heat from warm coals placed within. Makes for an intriguing occasional table, plant stand, or simply a beautiful decorative object. In overall excellent vintage condition with mellow surface patina. Dimensions: 13.75” diameter x 11.75” high.
