Japan, ca. 1900. A lovely antique Imari table lamp from the Meiji period. Features urn-shaped porcelain body fitted with carved wood base and brass mounting hardware. Classic hand-painted floral decoration is rendered in blue underglaze with red and gold overglaze. Fukagawa and Koransha mark to underside. Professionally rewired and in excellent vintage condition. Linen shade included. Dimensions: 15” (shade) diameter x 25.5” high.
