Denmark, ca. 1960s. A beautifully made sideboard or credenza by Svend Aage Larsen for Faarup Møbelfabrik. Features teak construction with two large tambour doors that open to reveal two cabinets with adjustable shelves and one bank of four, felt-lined drawers perfect for linens, flatware, and serving pieces. Signature carved pulls add interest to front. In overall excellent vintage condition with rich, warm surface patina from years of handling and careful use. Back is finished, which allows the piece to float in a room if so desired. Would also make an elegant media console. Dimensions: 80” wide x 19” deep x 31.5” high
